Sunday, July 3rd, 2005

If you’re an advocate of open source check out Zak Greant’s article in LinuxFormat. He has some great tips on how to evangelize OSS without scaring people off.

Its in this month’s LinuxFormat or online as a PDF.

Back In Argentina

Wednesday, June 15th, 2005

I arrived yesterday morning at 8:35am (ART) the 15 hours of flight + layovers actually seemed to go by fairly quick. I brought a bunch of work to do as well as 2 movies. Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow and Meet the Fockers.

I’m staying at hostel 3 blocks from work till I find an appartment. The hostel isn’t too bad but I’m stuck in a room with 4 other people so I’d rather not stay there too long.

FYI: Vonage’s new gear only comes with 110V power adapters. As a result my vonage ata wont work here until I get time to buy a 220->110 transformer .
