Monday, November 6th, 2006When MacSoul replaced my the power port on my powerbook last month, they appear to no properly grounded it. As a result my left speaker makes a horrendous noise non-stop. Apple wants it back in their hands for another 2 weeks. That would put me at 5-6 weeks without my powerbook this week. Seems a bit unreasonable. I wish they’d provide loaners. I can’t be stuck without a computer that long. I think I’d be willing to pay a bit more for my applecare plan if it meant I was always guaranteed a loaner system.
