In hopes of adding a bit of transperancy to what we do here at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.socallinuxexpo.org\">SCALE<\/a>, I am going to make an attempt to do the same.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Released <a href=\"http:\/\/www.socallinuxexpo.org\/scale5x\/\">SCALE 5x<\/a> financial results.<\/li>\n<li>Provided SCALE Chairs with 2008 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.starwoodhotels.com\/westin\/property\/overview\/index.html?propertyID=1005\">venue<\/a> contract for review.<\/li>\n<li>Answered team questions regarding the 2008 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.starwoodhotels.com\/westin\/property\/overview\/index.html?propertyID=1005\">venue<\/a> contract.<\/li>\n<li>Discussed initial Chairs feedback with venue, requesting contract modifications.<\/li>\n<li>Continued work on updating \/ revamping <a href=\"http:\/\/www.socallinuxexpo.org\/scale5x\/sponsorship.php\">SCALE sponsorship<\/a> packages.<\/li>\n<li>Issued call for volunteers (Sponsorship Committee and <a href=\"http:\/\/conferences.oreillynet.com\/os2007\/\">OSCON<\/a>\/UbuntuLive Booth)<\/li>\n<li>Confirmed travel plans for OSCON.<\/li>\n<li>Began booth planning for OSCON.<\/li>\n<li>Provided tech \/ web committees with initial spec list for SCALE Blog software.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I noticed a number of the Mozilla Foundation staff blog their weekly status reports.
