When I asked them to cancel my account they offered me new hardware. <\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately its too late because it won&#8217;t reach me in time to make it out to Argentina.  I was going to have a friend flying out bring it to me. <\/p>\n<p>Anyways, I used the time on hold to look at other providers.  I chose to not cancel the account and I&#8217;ve initated a port with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.teliax.com\">Teliax<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The moral of the story is, if a providee is treating your poorly, cancel your account.  9\/10 they&#8217;ll shape up and offer you something to stay.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>After another hour on hold I finally some to someone in account management.
