Crazy, JakeAndAmir ended up on ValleyWag

Congrats to Chris Dibona finishing his masters.  I’m not sure how he found the time.  I think I’ve run into him at every conference I’ve attended in the last 2 years.   Hopefully now you he get some more sleep.

Linspire doesn’t seem to have a press release out yet; But according to his profile on LinkedIn, Larry Ketler, is the new CEO of Linspire.  He was formerly their VP of Sales and Marketing.

I just spoke with the folks at CMP and apparently August was the last edition of SysAdmin Magazine. Additionally they are going to shutdown the website on August 1st.

Looks like Novell won at least part of their case against SCO, and the courts have determined SCO has never owned Unix or UnixWare copyrights.  Sounds like its time for Microsoft, EV1, Sun and others to start demanding their SCOSource refunds.
